By using our website and ordering products, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions. No part of these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights as a customer.
Acceptance
These are the terms and conditions on when you place an order with us, you automatically accept that you are bound by these terms. When you sign and submit the Order to Us, we reserve the right to accept or not accept any order (at our discretion). When your products are dispatched a contract is formed which is deemed to be acceptance of your offer under these terms and conditions.
Prices
All prices shown are for use on this website and prices quoted are used at the date of delivery of the goods. We reserve the right to adjust the prices shown as required.
Payment
This is by credit/debit card only. A full invoice will be emailed to you and will arrive separately from the goods. Other payment methods may be available, however any goods will not be despatched until funds are received in full.
Delivery
The delivery of goods will generally be undertaken by a carrier at our discretion. Every effort will be made by us to deliver your order within a reasonable timescale, however we cannot always guarantee the exact delivery date. Our delivery service is restricted to UK mainland addresses only, however we may be able arrange international delivery if discussed. Please contact us for additional delivery requirements and costs.

Returns
If for whatever reason you wish to return an item, you may do this at any time up to 10 days after receiving the products/goods. You must inform us in either in writing or by email of your intention to return the goods to us within this 10 day period. Items must be returned undamaged, complete and in their original packaging. Also the items must be in a saleable condition with a copy of the delivery note. Please also specify your reason for return. As some of our products will have to be returned to our suppliers (caravan/motorhome cleaning ladder), please contact us for the correct returns address. The buyer (you) will be responsible for the return carriage and insurance costs. We reserve the right to charge for any damage incurred or handling charge to the goods once returned to ourselves or supplier. Please note that we do not refund the original delivery cost for the goods. Once the goods have been inspected by ourselves or our suppliers we will then issue the relevant refund against the original payment card or method.
Faulty Items / Warranty Claims
If you would like to report a faulty item or possible warranty claim, please email us at info@puritysolutions.co.uk or send us a message on WhatsApp on 07384746188. We will try to get back to you as soon as possible.

Please provide us with as much information as possible including name, address, product information, purchase date/delivery date and photos.

Items that may not be warrantable include but not limited to resin, hoses/pipework, brushes, hose connectors, shut off valve, foam on caravan/motorhome ladder stand off.

The customer is responsible for the cost of return of the defective item. We will advise you where to send the defective item. If warranty is approved upon inspection, Purity Solutions will pay for the cost of the repaired or replacement part.

Replacement items supplied under warranty will be guaranteed for the remainder of the original items warranty.

Any warranty excludes the following conditions and circumstances which are at the discretion of Purity Solutions:

Wear and tear, misuse, frost damage, improper installation or repair, modification, loss or damage, the cost of returning defective parts to Purity Solutions.

Cancellation
You may cancel your order at any time prior to despatch by telephone or email quoting your order no or reference. If the goods have been dispatched then the customer is responsible for the cost of the return of the goods, unless otherwise agreed with ourselves.

Our website may include links to third party websites that are controlled and maintained by others. We are not responsible for the content or availability of any such external sites.
Indemnification.
You agree to indemnify and hold us (Purity Solutions Limited) harmless from and against all liabilities, legal fees, costs and any expenses that is due to or arising out of your conduct or connection with this web site or service, your violation of the terms and conditions or other liabilities.

Contracts for the purchase of products through our site will be governed by English law. Any dispute arising from, or related to, such contracts shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We aim to provide accurate descriptions, sizes, weights of all the products but such information should be treated as a guide.
