Today we were at Ramslade Caravan and Motorhome Club Campsite is Stoke Gabriel, South Devon cleaning a caravan which has been in storage over the winter.
All the surfaces of the caravan were dull and covering in green algae.
With no water supply on site, we had to make sure we brought sufficient water to enable us to clean the whole caravan.
We started off by rinsing down all the surfaces with water and applied Autosmart high-foam power snow foam (wash and wax) to the roof.
Using a water-fed pole with its extendable reach and heated water, we quickly managed to remove all the green algae from the surfaces.
After cleaning the roof (the hardest part to clean) we carried on cleaning all the other sides of the caravan.
After applying snowfoam, brushing in and rinsing down, we finally carried out a final rinse down using purified water to leave all the windows clear and streak free.
Took us both 2 hours to clean. Hard work but well worth the effort.
