Our 18ft Telescopic water fed pole brush is the ideal tool for cleaning your motorhome/caravan. .
With its 3 section extendable pole system, you are able to clean 95% of your roof from one location.
With an adjustable brush head angle, it enables you to reach the most tight areas on your caravan/motorhome roof.
Light (<3kg), compact and easily extendable, our 18ft telescopic water fed pole is the perfect tool for cleaning the whole of your caravan, motorhome or RV (including the roof).
The system consists of:
- 18ft telescopic pole (extendable slide out sections)
- Medium Trim Brush
- Shut off valve
- Ability to connect to outside water tap or de-ionisied pure water resin vessel for pure water finish on your caravan or motorhome for a spotless free finish.
- Female Hozelock connector to connect to outside tap or our Spotbye Water Purification System for pure water cleaning.
- Seperate double male hozelock connector to enable to connect water fed pole to a outdoor hosepipe female connector (1/2 inch).

Delivery and Returns Policy
Delivery
The delivery of goods will generally be undertaken by a carrier at our discretion. Every effort will be made by us to deliver your order within a reasonable timescale, however we cannot always guarantee the exact delivery date. Our delivery service is restricted to UK mainland addresses only, however we may be able arrange international delivery if discussed. Please contact us for additional delivery requirements and costs.
Returns
If for whatever reason you wish to return an item, you may do this at any time up to 10 days after receiving the products/goods. You must inform us in either in writing or by email of your intention to return the goods to us within this 10 day period. Items must be returned undamaged, complete and in their original packaging. Also the items must be in a saleable condition with a copy of the delivery note. Please also specify your reason for return. As some of our products will have to be returned to our suppliers (caravan/motorhome cleaning ladder), please contact us for the correct returns address. The buyer (you) will be responsible for the return carriage and insurance costs. We reserve the right to charge for any damage incurred or handling charge to the goods once returned to ourselves or supplier. Please note that we do not refund the original delivery cost for the goods. Once the goods have been inspected by ourselves or our suppliers we will then issue the relevant refund against the original payment card or method.
Faulty Items / Warranty Claims
If you would like to report a faulty item or possible warranty claim, please email us at info@puritysolutions.co.uk or send us a message on WhatsApp on 07384746188. We will try to get back to you as soon as possible.
Please provide us with as much information as possible including name, address, product information, purchase date/delivery date and photos.
Items that may not be warrantable include but not limited to resin, hoses/pipework, brushes, hose connectors, shut off valve, foam on caravan/motorhome ladder stand off.
The customer is responsible for the cost of return of the defective item. We will advise you where to send the defective item. If warranty is approved upon inspection, Purity Solutions will pay for the cost of the repaired or replacement part.
Replacement items supplied under warranty will be guaranteed for the remainder of the original items warranty.
Any warranty excludes the following conditions and circumstances which are at the discretion of Purity Solutions:
Wear and tear, misuse, frost damage, improper installation or repair, modification, loss or damage, the cost of returning defective parts to Purity Solutions.

Reviews
On 14 Nov ordered product and the initial delivery date for the 18 Nov given by courier was good. However the time of delivery was changed a number of times and in the end it wasn`t delivered on this date. The product didn`t arrive until the 25 Nov. From the 18 Nov to the delivery Ben from Purity Solutions Ltd chased up the delivery and kept in constant contact with the courier and ourselves. The courier has apologised The product is good and customer service by Purity Solutions can`t be faulted
I used the pole last week to clean the solar panels it’s great when you can keep your feet firmly on the ground
Easy to set up and use and did an excellent job. I will try soon on the Motorhome but the brush can be used for a lot of high up cleaning jobs so definitely worth the money
