Though our extensive experience cleaning motorhome and caravan roofs, we have designed a ladder which is stable, safe, comfortable in use, portable and the perfect tool for cleaning your roof.
With its adjustable support arm bracket, the ladder can be used to clean all makes and models of caravans and motorhomes (including RV's, Fifth Wheeler Caravans). It is also ideal for use for cleaning conservatory roofs.
The ladder is designed to safely lean against the side of your motorhome/caravan using a support bar with a soft foam padding, causing no damage to the surfaces.
The ladder also has specialist feet which pivot to enable the angle of the ladder to adjust. Also the wide surface area of the feet ensure stability even on the softest of ground (such as grass on a campsite).
The support arm can also be removed easily to be used as a conventional ladder.

Delivery and Returns Policy
Delivery
The delivery of goods will generally be undertaken by a carrier at our discretion. Every effort will be made by us to deliver your order within a reasonable timescale, however we cannot always guarantee the exact delivery date. Our delivery service is restricted to UK mainland addresses only, however we may be able arrange international delivery if discussed. Please contact us for additional delivery requirements and costs.
Returns
If for whatever reason you wish to return an item, you may do this at any time up to 10 days after receiving the products/goods. You must inform us in either in writing or by email of your intention to return the goods to us within this 10 day period. Items must be returned undamaged, complete and in their original packaging. Also the items must be in a saleable condition with a copy of the delivery note. Please also specify your reason for return. As some of our products will have to be returned to our suppliers (caravan/motorhome cleaning ladder), please contact us for the correct returns address. The buyer (you) will be responsible for the return carriage and insurance costs. We reserve the right to charge for any damage incurred or handling charge to the goods once returned to ourselves or supplier. Please note that we do not refund the original delivery cost for the goods. Once the goods have been inspected by ourselves or our suppliers we will then issue the relevant refund against the original payment card or method.
Faulty Items / Warranty Claims

Please provide us with as much information as possible including name, address, product information, purchase date/delivery date and photos.
Items that may not be warrantable include but not limited to resin, hoses/pipework, brushes, hose connectors, shut off valve, foam on caravan/motorhome ladder stand off.
The customer is responsible for the cost of return of the defective item. We will advise you where to send the defective item. If warranty is approved upon inspection, Purity Solutions will pay for the cost of the repaired or replacement part.
Replacement items supplied under warranty will be guaranteed for the remainder of the original items warranty.
Any warranty excludes the following conditions and circumstances which are at the discretion of Purity Solutions:
Wear and tear, misuse, frost damage, improper installation or repair, modification, loss or damage, the cost of returning defective parts to Purity Solutions.
